Why did I decide to blog again?
My college class regarding using technology in the classroom had an assignment using blogging led me to this site. I had completely forgotten that I had this account. That was last week. In between classes, observations at elementary schools and preschools, driving my children to and from their LONG commute to school, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and issues with their father.... I decided I might fare well to write in the blog site again.
So, here I am.
Today is my mother's 61st birthday. I hate birthdays. She insists on being the star of the day so she called all of her brothers to remind them of the occasion. She basically invited herself to the closest brother's home and suggests what kind of party to have and that "it would be nice if he took her to the beach to see the sunset." I wish I could have seen his face when he heard her say that!
Her brothers have always been selfish. They never wanted me to move her and my brother down here to FL. I finally was able to a year ago. And I thank God every day for that.
Well, this afternoon, I must cut my studies short and take Mom and brother to Clearwater to visit dear Uncle and Aunt for said birthday party (dinner and cake) and seeing of the sun setting for my dear sweet mother.
OMG, I just went to my mom's room to get an ibuprofen and she's watching The Newly Wed Game. Question is: Where would your wife give you and "A" in the bedroom and where would your wife give you a "B" in the bedroom. First husband answered: "She'd give me an A in going down there...." I LEFT THE ROOM!!! OMG!
I need to finish my homework now.
